Inspire 2 screen is always dim

The screen on my Inspire 2 is always dim. I'm pretty sure it's dimmer than when I first got it. The setting is not set to be dim. I have restarted, reset etc.

Make sure you are not in Sleep Mode, which intentionally keeps the display dim.  Does the display come on with wrist turn?  If not, probably in Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes it will turn on when I turn my wrist but it's dim

Then it is not in Sleep Mode, so my suspicion was not the answer.
