Inspire 2 screen is fading

My Fitbit Inspire 2's display has faded. Does this really happen, specially when the tracker is very old.

Hi, this seems to be a common problem. Even my Inspire 2 is no longer usable especially outdoors. I thing that you need to check is that your 'Do not disturb' and 'DIM Screen' is turned OFF in settings. Even with mine turned off I am not able to see clearly which is very frustating.

Yeah, I did checked all of those settings but still I can't view the display. As what you have said, it's no longer usable.
