Hi, I have an inspire 2 and ever since the last update the watch screen is glitching. It will move on its own, slide up and down on it's own and has even started exercises on its own while I'm just sitting here!
I've tried factory resetting it (holding the buttons until you see the smiley face etc), changing clock faces, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, replacing the device in the app. Nothing is working!!
Any ideas???

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.
