I dont know where else to leave a review. Fitbit is not a good company to be being touch screen watches from. I got a new fitbit a couple months ago and the screen is so scratched already just by my daily use that it is hard to see the screen. I contacted them about it and nothing they dont care. Its ridiculous how much a watch is for it to not even work the way you want. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue this is the second time this has happened for me and im getting rid of my fitbit.

I'm sorry to see that you've experienced trouble with the screen of your Inspire 2.
It is particularly difficult when something is not covered by the warranty. But even though Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy. Thanks again for sharing your experience.
