Inspire 2 screen is too dark

I have an Inspire 2 & I cannot read anything on the screen & can only see my information on my linked mobile phone. How can I brighten my screen so it is readable?

Hi there, @Isis1947. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2. 

Please restart your Inspire 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

If none of the above works, please check if by any chance your Inspire 2 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.

Thank you for your help & I have tried restarting & changed the clock that very slightly improved the visibility but it has now returned to being too dark & I still cannot read it. I cannot find how to turn off sleep mode if that is what the problem is? How do I do this? But I much appreciated you trying to help.
