Inspire 2 screen is too dim outside

I can't see my Fitbit Inspire 2 outside. 

Dim screen and Sleep are off. 

This is really frustrating. Between this and my child's ace being useless as I can't connect it to device I feel done with Fitbit.

Hi, @MandaC77 , unfortunately difficulty in seeing the Inspire 2 outside in bright sunlight is a common complaint.  With more advanced technology Fitbit has moved to colour screens on all its more recent devices and that issue has been resolved.  I am afraid there is no fix for this problem with your current device.  I am sorry not to have better news for you.  

Hopefully someone in the Ace discussion forum will have a solution for your issue with your child’s Fitbit.
