Inspire 2 screen is too dim

My inspire 2 HR Fitbit screen is considerably darker than my partners Fitbit. They are identical models. Purchased around the same time. I’ve checked all my settings including the sim screen option and all is as it should. Please can someone help.

Hi there, @Jc_8891. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

In addition to the brightness settings, please check if by any chance your Inspire 2 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

• Notifications and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.

I spoke to someone at Fitbit. The problem can not be solved beyond turning off Dim or Sleep mode.
Needs to be fixed for sure

I also have this issue! We have played with dim and sleep modes repeatedly, but of the 5 inspire 2 and 1 kids version in our house, 3 have such dim screens they are invisible outside always, while the other 3 are nice and bright comparatively,
