I have tried to adjust the brightness settings on my watch but it is still way to dim to see during the day. I can only see the screen at night or in the dark, which is still not that bright. What can I do?

I agree with you. I cannot see the screen during the day either. This is inconvenient, especially when I want to see the time or my step count

Hi there, @SMS504 @Karenzoedog. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 devices before reaching out.
Please restart your Inspire 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If none of the above works, please check if by any chance your Inspire 2 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

I tried all those suggestions, it is still too dim. No change what so ever.

Inspire HR on left, Inspire 2 on right. The Inspire HR is much older than the Inspire 2. This is ridiculous.

Having the same issue. Unsolvable. Barely 2 years old. Never buying a fitbit ever again
