I have changed clock faces, verified the latest software updates, restarted, deleted user data and ensured sleep mode and dim mode are off. The screen can barely be seen inside and there is no chance of seeing it outside. Please help.

Hi @LauratheTeacher seems you've done everything you can to make the screen brighter, but sometimes age is a factor. If you're under warranty, get with support. If you're out of warranty, there is no real solution, as you have seen. Might be time to check out a new Fitbit while they are on sale.
