Inspire 2 screen keep blinking and looks slanted

Hi all, my fitbit HR went haywire and it is experiencing fizzy screen. Keep blinking and the display is slanted, not aligned. How to solve it and anyone has any knowledge what happened?

this happened after i charged yesterday and i tried restarting a few times, but to no avail. After a night rest, the issue persisted.

Gosh I’m so sorry @Zhiying88 that restarting or changing the clock face didn’t resolve things. My only other suggestion would be to call Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I find calling them directly or using live chat as the best option to contact them. 
I do hope you get this sorted out quickly

Have you tried changing the clock face @Zhiying88? It’s worth a shot. I’ve seen changes the clock face correct screen issues in other threads

Gosh I’m so sorry @Zhiying88 that restarting or changing the clock face didn’t resolve things. My only other suggestion would be to call Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I find calling them directly or using live chat as the best option to contact them.
