Inspire 2 screen keeps going on and off

The screen on my Inspire2 keeps going on and off.

I have reset as a new device several times. Tried "Reboot". Paired with bluetooth.

Logged out and in again.

Nothing helps. The screen is still flashing on and off  and flattens the battery very quickly.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Hello there, @OliviaJosh2023. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 before reaching out.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If the above doesn't work and since your Inspire 2 keeps flashing the Fitbit logo, please try the following:

  • Unpair your Inspire 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Inspire 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 2.

If none of the above works, please follow @NellyG's advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hi @OliviaJosh2023 If it is still covered by warranty, contact Fitbit Support  .u fortunately if it is no longer covered by warranty then there is probably nothing you can do.

Thank you for your reply.

I have delayed answering because although this helped and is much better, I just wanted to chevk that it stays jush flashing on and off randomly now and again. It is much better and I can live with it until I can afford to buy a new one.

Thank you very much

Kind regards OliviaJosh
