Hello, I'm new to this forum if that's what it can be called. I came here to see if anyone knows why the inspire 2 screen keeps turning on a quarter of a second after it turns on and why it died without warning it started after the new update

I am having the same issue after doing the update. It’s ridiculous. They ruined my device.

I think I am experiencing a similar issue and came to the forum for the same reason. When some time goes by, I'll flick the fitbit up to look at the time and then nothing happens on the screen, then I'll tap the screen and squeeze the side buttons and still nothing for a couple seconds. I keep mashing the buttons on the sides and after 5-10 seconds I'll see the smiley face and then it'll show the time (I'm guessing) it shut off. I've restarted the device both ways multiple times with no resolve. And I've never had an issue until the last software update. Must be the software and hopefully a fix is in the works.
