Inspire 2 screen not turning on or responding to swipes, but buttons are responding

Hi there,

My Inspire 2 screen isn't turning on, either when flipping my wrist or pressing the buttons. The buttons do buzz, but the screen won't turn on. 

I've already tried restarting it 3 times. The smiley does appear so the screen still works, it's just not turning on.

 

Thank you for any help!

 

If it helps, my phone is Samsung.

Hi @Ninanju Try s3lecting a different clockface in the app.if that doesn't fix it you will need to contact Fitbit Support

Did you upload the new update and then this happened? If so same, and there’s a bug in the system they are hopefully working out

Okay well I restarted it one more time just to see, and now the screen does turn on and responds.

 

But it now won't turn off, constantly flickering back on. I tried restarting again and installing a different clock face.
