My screen on my versa 2 only shows white. Unable to read anything on it. When I sync it to the app it still tracks everything but I can’t read anything on the actual device. I tried holding the button on the side for 10 seconds and seeing if it shuts off but doesn’t. I have let it die and then recharged it and still no change to the screen.

Thank you for providing the details regarding the difficulty that you are experiencing with your Versa 2 and for the steps that you already performed to fix it.
Please try to sync the device in the Fitbit app:
Now, restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device. Restarting the device will not delete your data.
If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, change your clock face. If you manage to solve the difficulty you can go back to the original clock face.

I was have synced it with the app on my phone, no change.
I was unable to restart it with the button on the side as it instructs to do so.
i have tried changing the clock face and re-syncing again no change.
When I sync it I can see the data on the app but the screen on versa still is a white bright screen with nothing to read.
