Hi my inspire 2 is less than 12 months old to me and has suddenly stopped showing the clock face when I try to activate it by moving my wrist. If I press the sides it will show up. Any ideas?

Hi there, @Pamhol. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.

Please go to your quick settings and check that screen wake hasn't accidentally been turned off. To do so, press and hold the buttons to access certain settings. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it.

If this settings is set correctly, please try restarting your Inspire 2 by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
