Fitbit fully charged, but no display of time of day. This occasionally happens and magically returns to normal function. Today it is not!

Hi there, @gentlestrokes. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Please restart your Inspire 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.

Hi @MarreFitbit,
I have the same problem with my Inspire 2. I've tried restarting multiple times (I do get a smiley face, but then the screen goes black and stays black), I have also tried changing the clock face many times (it shows the loading bar and then the screen goes black and stays black). What should I do now?
Best
Jess

I fixed this by following the moderator’s online instructions below. I touched the fitbit logo in the app and went to change the clock face display. My screen came back!
Unfortunately I cannot remember which category I went to in doing this. Good luck.
