I researched as to why, one of the options was to remove the fitbit app from my device (cell phone) and reset it up again. But when I try to set it up again, it's asking for a pin # that is sent to my fitbit, I know i get the pin # when my fitbit vibrates, but I can't see it. Yes, my fitbit is on the charger. What else can I do?
