Inspire 2 screen won't turn off

I tried the suggestions others received for the same problem but nothing works. It has happened before where movement would wake it up and taps jumped past the action. If eventually stopped but now it won’t turn off at all.

Please restart your Inspire 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

my screen wake actually won’t turn off. I’ve tried restarting, changing clock face, even cleaning days off. What is next?

I am having the same issue. The screen will go dark and then immediately light back up without being prompted. I’ve turned on/off the screen wake setting, tried turning on the sleep setting, turned button lock on/off, changed the clock face multiple times, and rebooted it multiple times. I’ve had the device for just over 6 months. Any advice?
