Inspire 2 screen won't turn on

My phone is charging, my app is working but face is blank.

Hi @golferellis, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Inspire 2 has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the screen works properly.

Thank you.

Unfortunately I've tried to switch my fit bit off, can hear the click ( the screen is blank) and then  followed the steps you advised but still no change.

No, the best way is to throw your Inspire 2 in the trash and shell out a hundred bucks for a new Inspire 3 (which will probably end up doing the same stupid thing)
