Inspire 2 screen won't turn on

what now Fitbit? No display, 100% charged displays. Remove from charger, all I see are 5 dots. Happy Halloween here is your trick, forget about any treats. So very disappointed in this device and company.

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

My Inspire 2? I have a Charge 5 and posted in that forum. Nothing works, restart, device has been at 100% power since 10/31 at 6:00pm EST. This is my 4th Fitbit since 2016 and unfortunately will be my last. According to the posts to the forum for the Charge 5 the lifespan is 6 months? My current device is less than 18 months old. Nonsense.
