I messaged support because my Fitbit is tracking and vibrating but the screen won't turn on. I can restart and it shows a smiley face but nothing else past that.
I've tried a manual restart and then changing the clock face in the app as recommended however it's still not working. It seems like such a waste to throw out a Fitbit like support suggested when it appears to be a software issue instead of an actual broken watch. Has anyone found a solution to this?

I have exactly the same problem. Looks like so many people have had the same problem with this product. Not sure how to fix.
