Inspire 2 seems to be blocked

I have just charged my fitbit and it seems to be locked

Hi, @G0odBoy , have you managed to fix this?  From what you say it sounds like your Fitbit may have become unresponsive.  If it is still unresponsive I would recommend giving your Inspire 3 a restart using the button method.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Hi, thanks for your reply. It seems to be OK now but I was worried that I may have pressed something I shouldn't as I detached it from the charger. I'm 81 and not very tech savvy Sent from my Galaxy
