Inspire 2 set up shows "Oops, something went wrong..."

I just bought my Fitbit and I’m trying to set it up but every time a put in my email and then caring the code I go back to the app and it says something went wrong then I have to completely restart then it just happens over and over! Why? And how do I just set up my Fitbit.

Thanks for letting us know about the error message you've been receiving when trying to set up your Fitbit Inspire 2. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot this prior to contacting us.

 

To work on this together I'd recommend to try the following steps in the given order:

 

  1. Verify if the Fitbit app has been updated in your phone.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Make sure you're using a strong internet connection or mobile data.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and try login in one more time.
  6. Set up your Inspire 2.
