Inspire 2 shows condensation on screen and battery draining quickly

I have had my Fitbit inspire 2 since January of this year (less than 90 days) and i am having some issues already. It seems to have some condensation on the screen even though I have never submerged it in water or take showers with it. The most contact with water ir has is when I wash my hands. I wash my hands a lot because of COVID but I feel like it should be able to handle it. I also started having battery drain issues in the past couple of days. The battery used to last about a week and now it is barely making it 24 hours. Has anybody encountered any issues like this? Help!

Sorry to hear about this. Condensation isn't something to show on your tracker. Since the issue persists I suggest you contact our Support team for further assistance. The best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

I also moved your post to the correct board.

Hope this helps.

I'm literally buying my third one in 90 days because of this same issue. I've bought the insurance thank God all three times and have had to get new ones and have had this issue repeatedly. Never submerged, wash my hands and work with it. I work food service so we wash our hands very often. It's false advertising. Terrible product quality. And the third party stores that sell their merchandise don't take accountability, and it just keeps being sold. Robbing people of their money for a product that only lasts a little over 30 days.good luck on your journey though.
