Inspire 2 shows only date and time

Inspire 2 is only showing the date and time, nothing else. I have charged it, un-installed àpp and re-installed app. I have had it for about 4-5 years, maybe longer. What do you think is the problem?

Hi @Tiger5. Welcome to the forums. 

Thank you for providing the information regarding the difficulty that you are experiencing with Inspire 2 and for trying to fix it on your own.

Please, try to restart the device as indicated below: 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  4. Release the buttons. When the tracker vibrates and shows a smile icon, the tracker has restarted.

In addition, change the clock faces as indicated in the help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I was able to get it to work. Went on the app, tapped on the picture of my
inspire and it said it had an update! Put my fitbit next to the phone,
updated it and now works great!
