Inspire 2 silent alarms won't sync

My silent alarms won’t sync. I tried restarting the device multiple times and tried removing my Inspire 2 from my Bluetooth devices on my phone as well as deleting it from my Fitbit app and reinstalling it.

The same issue just started for me - the alarm says not syncing and after I delete the time, it still shows up but I can’t do anything with it.  Hoping someone has the fix as I use the alarm daily.

I have the same issue. I reported it on Saturday morning & was told they were looking into it & would email me with a fix. Still waiting for the email, I chased them & they say they’re still working on it.

Just got off the phone with customer service - went through all the steps
and still not working. Interesting that We did get the alarm to work even
though it still says not syncing. He says they have not heard of this
issue and someone would get back to me.

I do have the same problem since last Wednesday with Inspire HR. Tried to solve it about ten times with no success….

I have been told via Twitter chat, that there is an update due soon & this should resolve the issue.

@KacySparkle yesterday there was indeed an update in the Apple store, but that update did not fix the silent alarms sync issue 😞 .

It’s so frustrating. I’ve messaged them again to say it hasn’t worked but still waiting a reply.

I overslept this morning to the same issue. Yesterday it worked, today it didn’t. Went into app and see all alarms greyed out. Cant delete or use slider. Logged out/in was able to delete them, but when I created it again, it duplicated and greyed out. Again couldn’t delete them, logged out/in and was able to delete one, logged out/in and was able to delete other, it just keeps happening
