My silent alarms won’t sync. I tried restarting the device multiple times and tried removing my Inspire 2 from my Bluetooth devices on my phone as well as deleting it from my Fitbit app and reinstalling it.

I’m having the same problem but have discovered that if I set alarm in the app it’s grey and not syncing but that I can get it to work by switching the alarm on, on the watch itself. Hope it works for you too

Ditto! I have multiple alarms 6, ,6:05, 6:15, etc and keep sleeping in as only the 6am is synched. Frustrating

Mine is doing this exact same thing. I can delete the alarm, but not turn it on or off as it’s greyed out. I can add another alarm, but it twins itself and never syncs. I’ve deleted the app, restarted my phone, and the Inspire HR. Nothing has helped.

I appear to have the same unresolved issue in recent days as many others posting here and nothing is fixing it. Silent alarms used to work fine and now suddenly do not. Will not sync manually or automatically, show as greyed out and cannot be turned on, and adding a new alarm creates a duplicate that also does not work.
I have tried force syncing, turning Bluetooth off and on and syncing, restarting my phone, restarting my watch, forgetting the watch from my phone and reinstalling the watch, and deleting and reinstalling the app. None of these items has resolved the issue. Watch works normal otherwise. Please help. I absolutely cannot be without a silent alarm and I can’t for the third time in a row have a unique Fitbit watch type fail in roughly a year or less due to Fitbit flaws.

I've tried every synching tip I could find in these forums and nothing has worked so far. I've had this problem for the past week, approximately since October 21, 2022. The silent alarms I have set say they are not synchronized, they have duplicate entries and I am unable to turn on and off my preset silent alarms using the toggle button, they seem to be greyed out. I had not done any software updates on my iPhone or my Fitbit Inspire 2, it just started out of the blue. Since this started I have update all of my software, reset my Inspire 2, and deleted and re-installed the Fitbit software on my phone. I was really hoping there would be a proper fix by now. Here's hoping the fix happens soon.

Agreed! Someone else on the boards said they called the Fitbit support phone line and we’re told “we’ve never heard of this issue before” and did not get help.

FitBit mods/support team - are you going to comment and try to offer any help here?

I am also having the same problem. For about a week. Very frustrating. We should all just keep calling and maybe they’ll get the hint that there must be something wrong.

Same. Restarted everything that could restart, even deleted & reloaded the app itself.
Related to how my text notifications randomly stop working until I jump through multiple hoops to reconnect?

I just spoke to someone at Fitbit who said they are aware of the problem and have made an update that should fix it. He anticipates it will be available today.

The actual times stopped their constant sync-spin, but I still have a "ghost alarm" lingering that I can't delete. Good day for it. Maybe it will leave after Halloween.

I have several phantom silent alarms too (one for each “real” one I have set). I have updated the app, checked for an update on the device, rebooted both the device and my phone.

Still not working. My app was updated today, but will not allow me to delete alarms it created when not working & is creating duplicate alarms when I try to set one…
Frustration continues.

With the new update, I am now able to get an alarm to sync, but any time I add an alarm the app is still creating a duplicate ghost alarm. I saw one other user post the same observation in their app already as well. Progress, but not fixed yet.
