My silent alarms won’t sync. I tried restarting the device multiple times and tried removing my Inspire 2 from my Bluetooth devices on my phone as well as deleting it from my Fitbit app and reinstalling it.

Thanks for taking the time to work on this situation. I understand how frustrating this has been and I appreciate your feedback. While the Fitbit app has been updated, could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app as last resort? This has worked for other members, so please give it a try and make sure to reboot your phone afterward.

I deleted the fitbit app and reinstalled, and the grayed-out alarms are gone. I was able to edit alarms I had set, so I hope this has fixed the problem.
