I've only been using this for a couple of weeks. I have my sleep schedule set from 12:00 am to 8:00 am but it keeps going into sleep mode on by itself. I have to keep going into the settings and turning it off then awhile later I twist my wrist to see the time and it doesn't work so back into settings and sleep mode is on again. Is there something I'm overlooking or is this a problem?
I'm still trying to figure everything out on this. This morning I checked my info before even getting out of bed. Imagine my surprise when I saw that I had already taken 219 steps, .10 miles, and burnt 606 calories all while asleep. Just while looking at it, still in bed it jumped to 293 steps, .14 miles, and 625 calories. The app shows I have 89 miles on a bike. I don't even own a bike unless this tracks being on a motorcycle as a bicycle but then how did I burn 541 calories? The sleep information is nothing but confusion and frustration. I go to bed and midnight and get up at 8:00 am but the app is telling me I got 4 hrs. 24 min. of sleep and the bar indicates I went to bed at 3:03 and woke at 7:44. with 17 minutes awake/restless. Is this defective, am I doing something wrong, or does this just regurgitate random numbers? There is still the issue with it going into sleep mode on it's own that I posted already.
I thought you were replying to my most recent post, trying to get customer service to fix or replace mine. I've had this and been wearing it for months 24 hrs. a day except when charging. I only slept a little under 2 hours last night, I have never had a readiness score, it just tells me to wear the device, my health metrics are all blank, perhaps I'm dead, and I also have days of riding the bike I don't own. Amazingly it seems to think I can peddle an average of 60 mph. Not bad for an old guy. That is just some of the issues and the guy I talked to today still just thought the problem was just with sleep metrics.
I have now placed four calls to their customer service number. I go through the same questions and answers each time despite the fact I have a case number since the first call. Each time, including today, at the end of it all I'm told they will be sending the case up to the techs and someone will call / email me with what to do next. I don't know about the other models but all you have to do is look at the number of posts with problems to get an idea of how problematic this thing is.
Oh, the steps in the morning before getting up, I set up a Wyze camera and I do move my hands in my sleep which is why I was getting steps in my sleep. You might just try that and see, I had no idea.
Good luck
I just realized, I got the notification of the reply you made on 3-10-22 an hour ago..............And I wonder why the tracker doesn't work right.

It's still a problem and not just you. There are many similar problems. It's just poor design and execution and there is no fixing it other than a trash can and a device from another company.
