Inspire 2- sleep wake up schedule does not work or vibrate for me. Should I toggle on or off ?

Inspire 2 - The sleep-wake-up schedule does not work for me to wake up with vibrate. Should I toggle on or off? The watch does not vibrate yet for me.

Thank you for providing the details regarding this inconvenience with Inspire 2. 

Please, could you be so kind as to tell me if the device vibrates with notifications, or it's not vibrating just with the wake up schedule?

I'm not sure if you have tried a restart. Please, open the Settings app and tap Reboot Device.

If Inspire 2 is unresponsive: 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  4. Release the buttons. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

@gailvanessa the sleep schedule on your Fitbit is just for setting Sleep Mode to be enabled at particular times. That turns off the screen and silences notifications. If you want your device to wake you up, you need to set an alarm in the Fitbit app. Tap here for instructions on setting an alarm.
