Inspire 2 steps don't match app

Starting mid September, after an update, my Inspire 2 stopped matching the app. Also my sleep isn't tracking correctly nor are msgs being sent from my phone. I've updated, un-installed/reinstalled, etc. Nothing I do puts them in sync.  So what's up with that?

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Inspire 2 and for trying to fix it on your own. Sorry to know the difficulties that you are experiencing.

I suggest trying the following:

  • Unpair your Inspire 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Inspire 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 2.
