I recently bought an Inspire 2 and paired it with my IPhone 6s Plus.


1. Although all the access toggles are enabled on both devices I am unable to get alerts on the Inspire 2 for incoming calls and texts. (I do get alerts for the calendar.)

 

2. The step counter is overstating by about 100% relative to my previous fitness tracker and the Apple Health App.

 

Can anyone please advise me about these two problems?
