Inspire 2 steps not showing in the app

Hi, @martinibar, In the Fitbit app on your phone "today" screen touch "edit" in the top right and you should find the missing function(s) at the bottom of the page > +add>done, that should do the trick. Once you have it on the today page you can slide it into the location you require.

I’m also having this problem, but the missing tiles ie steps, distance, number of hours with 250 plus steps  do not appear at the bottom of the page. What do I do now?

Hi, @Fitdiney Allowing you have not seen the missing tiles at the bottom of the "Today" screen after pressing the "Edit" button as described above may I suggest you delete the Fitbit app from your phone and reinstall it?

Before you start, sync the Fitbit app to save all your current data. If you are experiencing any problems these articles may be of interest How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If syncing does not produce populated tiles then go into the app settings and clear storage & cache and delete the app (make a note of your login as you will need it) Restart your phone, reload the Fitbit app and log in.
