Inspire 2 stopped alerting me about my notifications

Got my watch on Prime Day sale in July.  Everything worked great at first.  Realized that in the past few weeks I have not gotten text or phone alerts on my watch and I don't get the reminders to move.  My settings on my phone and the app or still all the same.  I've toggled off bluetooth and the alerts on my phone in the app, and turned back on.  I've reset my fitbit by holding the sides and by resetting with the charger.  What else can I try?  I have not added the newest update because it sounds like it is causing issues for a lot of people.

Hi there, @ang79. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. @alexthecat Thanks for your help!

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Inspire 2 might be in sleep mode or DND. For more information, see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Regarding the update, please feel free to update your Inspire 2. Running old firmware versions may lead to certain issues overtime. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?

@ang79 there's a Help article about notifications here that might have some useful info. I would double check all the relevant suggestions there. I've found my Inspire 2 to be very sensitive. It's easy to change some of the settings inadvertently.
