Hi, my inspire 2 has stopped monitoring my heart rate. The green light is no longer on. I have checked that the heart rate is switched to ON on the device. I have checked it is on wrist and not on clip. I have rebooted it. I use removed out from my app and then reconnected it. I have cleared all my user data from the device and then reconnected it again.
Any other advice? Cheers

I'm having the same issue, except my green light is still on. It's frustrating. I hope we get an answer.
