Inspire 2 stopped monitoring heart rate

Hi, my inspire 2 has stopped monitoring my heart rate. The green light is no longer on. I have checked that the heart rate is switched to ON on the device. I have checked it is on wrist and not on clip. I have rebooted it. I use removed out from my app and then reconnected it. I have cleared all my user data from the device and then reconnected it again.

 Any other advice? Cheers

I'm having the same issue, except my green light is still on. It's frustrating. I hope we get an answer.

Thank you for providing the details regarding this difficulty with the Inspire 2 and heart rate. Also, thank you for trying to fix it on your own. 

Please give a try following these troubleshooting steps in the order listed:

  • Switch the Heart Rate settings from On to Off and manually sync your watch. To switch the heart rate settings on your Inspire 2, from the main screen of your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting OFF.
  • Once it's done, manually sync your Inspire 2. To do so, open the Fitbit app, tap the upper left corner icon, tap on your Fitbit device's image and tap on "Sync Now".
  • Next, switch it from Off to On and manually sync your device once again. 
  • Once it's done, restart your Inspire 2.
  • Next, confirm that your tracker is snug on your wrist (the lights shouldn't be visible). We also recommend when you're not exercising, wear the tracker just above the wrist bone.

Test your Inspire 2 the next couple of days to see if you start receiving your data once again. For more information, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried doing this many times and it is still not working. Please can you advise me what to do next? Thanks

Sorry to know that after performing the troubleshooting steps you didn't manage to solve it.
