Inspire 2 stopped recording heart rate

Inspire 2 has stopped picking up heart rate,trued all suggested fixes, without success.

I just got a new inspire 2 because I loved my old one. This worked perfectly for about a month. When I am wearing the watch it has no problem finding my heart rate. Although while I am working out,but keeps losing my heart rate . Way more than 10 seconds. I have to keep pausing my workout readjusting the watch. Losing zone minutes cals and steps and taking twice as long to get through each work out.

 I took followed trouble shooting. Been wiping down my arm and sensor with rubbing alcohol, adjusting the band, moving it up and down my arm, switching arms. Nothing works and it's driving me nuts. Why does inspire 2 keep losing heart rate?

I sent my inspire 2 back to Amazon as I couldn’t resolve the problem and
they sent a replacement which is fine, except last week when it stopped
recording steps, the suddenly everything worked as normal..Sent a message
to Fitbit and they apologised and said they had an outage, Everytjing works
fine now.

Now that they are getting rid of challenges I'm wondering if I should send my new one back to Amazon get a refund and a different watch that isn't Fitbit. Mine is still losing my heart rate
