My inspire 2 was showing the distance while I was cycling for approx the first 2 months. Then suddenly stopped. It shows always 0 miles.(mobile is still the same, Road is still the same, bike and bike route still the same)

Could not find an answer why this happened.

Hi there, @Kata8. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your GPS data.

Please bear in mind that if the GPS signal is lost during the exercise, a map might not appear in the Fitbit app. If you're having issues with the GPS connection, see Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?

With that said, after you end your workout, open the Fitbit app and tap the Exercise tile to see a workout intensity map that shows your route, distance, heart-rate zones, and pace. Tap the map to see detailed stats about your workout. For more information, see How do I see GPS data captured by my Fitbit device?
