Inspire 2 stopped showing my heart rate and sleep data since Dec 24th

My Fitbit inspire2 will not show heart rate or sleep data since Dec.24th. advice how to fix please

Did you get any help with this? Mine stopped recording sleep in November, had it since July.

Thank you for providing the information about this difficulty. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Please, make sure it is set for “On wrist” and not “On clip”.  If it is set to On clip the heart rate will not be available.

You will find the “on wrist” “on clip” setting on the Inspire 2 if you give it a long squeeze which will activate the haptic “button”.  The haptic button activates the Quick Settings menu.  Swipe up to scroll through the settings. If your device does not consistently detect your heart rate overnight then you will not see your sleep stages or sleep score.

My inspire 2 stopped showing heart rate also, it is put on wrist button. , please fix this urgently, this on top of the frozen screen if you want to see your irregular heart rhythm is too much, very disappointed. when is an new version coming. currently I have 4.04 , but I already heard in version 4.06 this as not solved either.

Thank you. My inspire 2 is set to on wrist the heart rate and sleep can't be activated. How do I restart the tracker.

Both sleep and heart rate are not showing in the menu on my phone :mobile_phone:. I would like to solve this issue as the monthly payment keep being deducted.

that is not the problem as it is the app on my phone that is not showing the heart rate anymore. urgent action required please

I tried everything to get my inspire 2 to show heart rate and sleep with no success. I uninstalled the Fitbit app on my phone. Then downloaded an new app. It approximately 30 minutes to sync but now everything is working fine and my data from previous days was saved. So relieved 🙏😁

This solved it for me! I had somehow changed this setting. Thanks so much.
