Inspire 2 stopped tracking health metrics and sleep stages

Inspire does not sync sleep stages, health metric and minutes in range any more, It worked since 2022 when I bought the watch and  I was very happy with the information.  There´s no use for the watch like this, without any date.  Please help me to correct this item.

Welcome to the community forums @Marisamanso

Thank you for taking the time to share the information about this difficulty that you are experiencing with your Inspire 2.

To get sleep stages see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

The Health Metrics tile and the metrics displayed in the tile are not available in all regions. To see if the Health Metrics tile is available in your region, see the health metrics page on the Fitbit website.

Also, make sure of the following:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning. Note: skin temperature requires 3 nights of data.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting. If you experience any discomfort, loosen the band, and if it persists give your wrist a break by taking it off.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.
  • Take in consideration that oxygen saturation is not supported by Inspire 2.

Manu,

Thank you for your attention and kind response.

There,s nothing wrong with the watch, but when I syncronize it does not show informations I used to see since 2022.  What happened?  Like this I dont need the watch anymore,  and I am not using it since january 27th.  before thsi date, everything was shown perferctly.  I would like to understand this situation.

The exact thing happened to me.  My Inspire stopped collecting data for no reason 3 days ago.  It charges, and the app is synced, but no data is being collected at all.  No steps, no heart rate, no nothing.  I am quite sure I am alive, so it must be a problem with the Fitbit.

Similar to the above user, my Inspire stopped collecting data for no reason 3 days ago.  It charges, and the app is synced, but no data is being collected at all.  No steps, no heart rate, no nothing.  I am quite sure I am alive, so it must be a problem with the Fitbit. Is this something that happens with this product?  I have had this for 2 years with no problems at all and now it just quits - the watch has power and charges - but records no data.
