I've had my inspire2 since 12/9.
Out of the blue today - during my walk - the heart monitor stopped worked and it stopped registering fit points/active points sometime after it had registered 41 points. It did not register the brisk walk as anything but intense activity.
I use an LG Stylo Pro2 Android phone. The Inspire2 is up to date, software wise.
I've charged it, rebooted twice. I've not cleared data or connection, as it seems to clearly be a device issue. The green lights are no longer flashing - and they were yesterday and earlier this morning. Please advise.
I wear the device to swim 2-3x as week as well, and wear it pretty much 24/7. Until now I've been OK with the device.
