Hi everyone, I seems like my skin temperature sensor is not working on my inspire 2 and my android phone. I've worn it for several weeks and nothing. The app is up to date as well. Any ideas?

Factors that may cause skin temperature to vary nightly include changes in room temperature, bedding, circadian rhythm, menstrual cycle, or the potential onset of fever.
Note: Significant changes in ambient temperature may negatively impact skin temperature tracking. For more information see, How can Fitbit help me track my temperature?
