Hi. My inspire 2 has stopped tracking my exercise. It worked ok yesterday morning for my run, but then stopped for my walks. It normally picks it all up. I’ve updated my phone, updated the app, switched blue m tooth off and synced the app, removed the app and reinstalled and still not working. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Hi there, @Slowbutfurious. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.

While reading your post I was wondering how you tracked your exercise? Did you manually started or you used SmartTrack to do so?

Please know that most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature. To start, the default duration settings of your Fitbit Inspire 2 is 15 minutes long. However, you can also choose which activities your device tracks automatically, or change the amount of time needed to record the activity. To do so, please follow the next steps:

  1. Tap the Today tab , then tap the Exercise tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
  3. Tap an exercise, and adjust the duration or turn off Auto-recognize.

You can learn more about the SmartTrack feature in this link How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device?

Keep in mind that you can also use the Exercise app to start and stop a workout. For more information, see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

Hi.
My inspire 2 is set up to automatically track my runs/walks, which it did track my run Wednesday morning, and for some reason didn’t track my walks in the same day. I’ve checked and it’s still all set up to track them automatically.
