My heart rate has disappeared from my fit bit … it’s turned on in the settings?  How do I get it back please?

Make sure you don't have it set for "on wrist", which turns heart rate off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
