Inspire 2 stopped tracking my heart rate

I bought an Inspire 2 last week and everything worked fine for the 1st day. Then it stopped tracking my heart rate. I have spent each of the last 4 nights searching this forum and following all suggestions. Including: rebooting/clearing my data/checking it is on wrist mode and not clip mode/ changing clock face. It still doesn’t work. Any other suggestions please?

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this; in this case, they will let you know how to proceed. Please let them know of the steps that you already tried
