Is there an update I can install to fix my Inspire2 so that it tracks my sleep and heart rate? About 3 weeks ago it just stopped tracking.

Check you didn't accidentally get into "On Clip" mode in Quick Settings which turns off heart rate, which affects many other measurements.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
