I've already contacted customer support which hasn't been helpful. My Fitbit Inspire 2 isn't displaying my sleep data on the watch itself. Ive reset, gone through troubleshooting with staff, asked to hard reset and now the option to track sleep on the watch has disappeared completely. I've checked my settings and it should be working. But isn't unfortunately. It's only a few months old.
Hoping someone has found a fix for this ongoing issue.
