Inspire 2 stopped tracking my sleep score

Hello,

I just started using my Fitbit to track sleep. Got my sleep score for the first few days and it randomly stopped displaying sleep score, only hours slept. I updated my Fitbit, deleted and re downloaded the app and still having the same issue. Anyone have this problem and how did you fix it?

Thanks

Welcome to the community forums @Runrunslepsleep

Thank you for sharing with me the difficulty that you are experiencing with your Inspire 3 and for trying to fix it on your own.

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Besides that, please confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?

Hello,

To be clear - the time slept shows up but there is no graph or any score. Just time asleep. I have worn my Fitbit higher on my wrist and got a lot of sleep and still no score. I also have the latest Fitbit app and have updated my device. The score showed up 2 days ago randomly and is now back to not showing.

@Runrunslepsleep are you getting other data that relies on heart rate? It's the green light on the back of your Fitbit on?

Mine too. i came to see if I could find out if they're making this only viewable with the subscription. If that's the case, there is almost nothing left on fitbit without the sub. Which I don't care to pay for a sub to use a watch I paid 300 dollars for.

@amrutwell Sleep Score is not a Premium feature and never has been. If you aren't getting a Sleep Score, I would suggest following the troubleshooting steps that were mentioned earlier in this thread.
