My Inspire 2 has stopped counting my steps. I've tried re-syncing it several times and it appears to sync fine, but still my steps are at 0. I removed the device from my app and re-paired it. Made sure my wrist band is snug without being too tight. Still nothing. Should I just get a new one, or is there anything else I should try?

Thank you for providing the information regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with the Inspire 2.
I'd recommend you perform a restart on the device. Then, try to sync one more time following the steps listed here.
I'd like you to make sure, stride length has been entered in your account, this to ensure you get distance tracked.
