Greetings! My Fitbit Inspire 2 was working fine for a long time, but in the past week (after my toddler played with my watch) it has stopped tracking both my sleep and exercise. It still syncs and tracks my steps, but where it used to automatically track swims or other forms of movement (which are all still checked in my activity settings) it shows my doing nothing. I've deleted the app, installed the new version of the app, and restarted again and it still shows no sleep or activity. Any help would be appreciated!!

@SEB22 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.
Press and hold the buttons on Inspire 2 at least 3 seconds.
You'll see the quick settings.
Make sure that the Inspire 2 is in On Wrist mode and not On Clip mode.
On clip mode, the Inspire 2 does not track your heart rate, so that it cannot identify if you are sleeping or not.
To change the setting just tap on it.

Many thanks Juan! it looks like it was in clip mode, so I’ve switched it to wrist mode. Will that also allow it to automatically track my swimming and other exercise?

@SEB22 , Thank you for your reply! I'm glad that only Clip mode was activated and that nothing else was causing the issue.
It should recognize your activities, normally.
I suggest you start your activities once or twice and end them on the tracker, so that your Inspire 2 "learns " your movement patterns.
I Would also suggest you to have a look at this: How do I track swims with my Fitbit device?
Which activities does my Fitbit device track automatically?
