Inspire 2 stopped vibrating for my goals

Good afternoon,

I recently noticed that my Inspire 2 no longer buzzes when I meet my daily step goal or when I move between Heart Zones. I cannot find in the settings where this would be and I didn't change anything!

It took me so long to notice because I had an injury about 6 months ago and had to relearn to walk and exercise. So for a period of a few months, I was unable to walk 10k steps a day.

Recently however I have been able to start exercising and walking again and I have had several days where I have walked more than 10k steps, or exercised and spent time in Fat Burn and Cardio, my device however no longer notifies me of this through a vibration.

Can anyone help please

Hello @EllaMW

I would check to make sure that DO Not Disturb and Sleep are off…meaning the icon is not lit up .  Both of those options will stop the Inspire 2 from vibrating.  The Do Not Disturb is easy to turn on by accident because it is the first option up when you press and hold the side buttons. This YouTube video will help you through the steps: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=WLjl62nGB_w

I can’t just leave this message without saying how incredible your journey has been and your tenacity to keep going despite your injury. Keep at it…your doing amazing and certainly inspiring others!
I hope I was able to provide you with the best answer to your vibration issues. Please let me know and as always 😃 Happy Stepping!

I show you how to turn the Do Not Disturb Mode (DND) on and off on the Fitbit Inspire 2 watch/tracker. Hope this helps. -----Fitbit Inspire 2----- US: https://amzn.to/2IYe4ds UK: https://amzn.to/3hNrG9s CA: https://amzn.to/3jMgj49 AU: https://amzn.to/2Uq3K3K DE: https://amzn.to/3Aza0qy Amazon ...

thank you for your response, I checked those settings and they were indeed ON so I turned them OFF. My device still hasn't vibrated since, but I haven't done more than 10k steps since the resolution. I will be going to the gym later today and hope that it will buzz when I'm in heart zones!
